Delete Your Holy Ground Account

To delete your Holy Ground account and data:
1. Open Holy Ground and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile page.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately and finishes within a few minutes. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel your subscription there, because deleting your account does not cancel it.

Data deleted

  • Account details (name, email, church denomination, time zone)

  • Journal entries and drafts

  • Daily sessions

  • Habit logs

  • Subscription records

  • Photos uploaded to journal entries, permanently deleted including the stored image files

  • Your display picture, permanently deleted including the stored image file

Data kept

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as payment and tax records relating to a subscription. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. Our payment provider (RevenueCat) and notification provider (OneSignal) hold their own records, which are deleted on request. Email info@holygroundapp.com and we’ll ask them to remove them.

Can’t sign in?

Email info@holygroundapp.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
